A Business Founded on A Dream
Toquon Starks and Sabrina Starks are the founders of Wet Out Restoration, a family-owned and operated property restoration company serving the Treasure Coast of Florida. Toquon and Sabrina started the business in 2014, with the goal of creating a hands-on, community-focused restoration service after moving to Martin County, Florida in 2010 with their family. They emphasize community engagement and family values as part of their business philosophy.
At Wet Out Restoration, Toquon helps oversee daily operations, project management, and client service delivery, ensuring high-quality restoration work for residential and commercial properties.
As a co-owner/administrator, Sabrina helps manage the business operations. Under her leadership, the company has provided services including water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, storm damage response, and disaster cleanup and recovery.
Toquon and Sabrina strongly emphasize customer service, community involvement, and giving back, with the business often supporting local schools and organizations to include, American Cancer Society, Making Strides against Breast Cancer, Mustard Seed Ministries, City of Port St. Lucie and St. Lucie County Fire Christmas for Kids.
Beyond leading Wet Out Restoration, Toquon and Sabrina remain deeply engaged in their community and family life. In their downtime, Toquon enjoys cheering on the Miami Dolphins and the University of Miami football teams. Together, Toquon and Sabrina love spending quality time with their daughters, Sa’Nyiah and Sarenity, as well as with close family friends. Much of their leisure time is devoted to supporting Sarenity at her volleyball games, where they proudly show their encouragement and family spirit.
