Honest and Not Sleazy Sales People
Honest and not sleazy sales people, like most of this industry. Gave me the opinion that my house looked good, probably didn’t need to do anything, but if I wanted to be “safe” they gave me affordable options, which I did. Appreciate this group as they didn’t roll out the hazmat suits from the start, which is my experience with mold companies that come into your house dressed like astronauts and wide eyes.

The guys came and evaluated the problem within a few hours of calling. Placed a dehumidifier right then and had their staff come in to take care of the mold. Removed the affected materials, then treated and sealed the remaining structure. Had the room sealed off and placed air scrubbers both inside and outside the sealed off room. Left everything very clean when they were done. Would definitely recommend.

Brian and Danny have been absolutely amazing during a very difficult time. I am a tenant of Gary’s, and it was a nightmare to try and get any information or anything done concerning the mold he had in my son's room. But once Brian and Danny showed up, they’ve walked me through the process, have been very honest about what to expect, and sympathetic to my situation. They were the first ones in this process to care about what my son and I are dealing with. They were even great to my puppy, who can be overbearing at times. I can’t recommend this company enough, and I hope that these two incredible employees get the recognition they deserve because they have been the only ones in this process that have cared about the health and safety of my son, my puppy, and myself.

They sent an excellent technician named Kenny, who from the moment he came to my home till the job was completed three days later showed the highest level of professionalism. UPDATE: After it was determined that I had some mold, the Wet Out Restoration team of Kenny and Brian (#2) did an amazing job of cutting out all the drywall, cabinets, etc., plus setting up all the cleaning equipment. They isolated the areas from the rest of the house and always kept everything neat and tidy!
