Accidents happen, which we have no control over, though we do have control over the service that is given, and Kevin is beyond authentic, transparent, and honest! Not only extremely knowledgeable, he also has my best interest with my belongings that got ruined by the water damage. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the entire process. Charles also helped us connect with other resources needed for repairs and even assisted with navigating the insurance process, which was a huge relief. Matt and Austin were very kind and listened to all my questions. They did put me at ease in that they were available for any further questions I had. They responded extremely quickly to my water problem. As stated, they made sure I knew that they were available around the clock. They came to check that the equipment in place there was adequate for the job the next day. They were very professional. They connected me to the other companies I would need to finish and complete the damage done to my home. I do live in a condo and the water damage did go to the unit below me. Matt and Austin were able to inspect that unit and were hired to restore the damage in that unit too. I would definitely use them again if I needed them for another project. I highly recommend them.

We had a leak in the master bathroom and Matthew McIlvin came after hours to cut out the walls and dry out the leak. He was in and out so fast and came three days later to get all of his equipment. It was an unbelievably easy process for something that at the time seemed impossible. Will be using Wet Out Restoration in the future and will highly recommend.

Andre and Greg were both professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my home was clean and safe before they left each day. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but what really stood out to me was how the owner personally got involved to make things right. I would like to share my thoughts, observations, and a personal THANK YOU!! to Steve Wood and the awesome team from Wet Out Restoration. On Thursday, 11 September 2025, my wife discovered a large pool of water in the kitchen cabinet under the kitchen sink. The plumber repaired the leak and suggested I call a remediation contractor to dry the area, clean up the water, test for mold, etc. I called Wet Out Restoration on a Saturday morning to get an appointment, and a few hours later Steve was at the door. He immediately set up infrared cameras, digital cameras, testing equipment, and determined that there was water in the walls and cabinets. He set up fans, drying equipment, dehumidifiers, scheduled mold testing, explained the process. In my opinion, Steve is truly an asset to the company. Bob Tauber

I had an emergency plumbing leak that flooded my home. Sunday morning I spoke with Toquon. He had a guy out in an hour. They were able to get the water up, blowers down, humidifiers on the scene. I can tell you from my 1st call everyone has been exceptionally kind. When you have an emergency like this you need patience. They have communicated with me on every step. The best part of my experience with Wet Out Restoration was the trifecta of having Danilo, Gio, and Luke on the job. I have been dealing with Wet-Out Restoration since January 20th, 2024, due to a slab leak at my residence. They originally sent out another three-man crew that fell very short with providing the service and attention that the property needed. Had Danilo, Gio, and Luke been at the property from the very beginning, this would have been a 5-star plus review. Good workers are hard to come by nowadays, and I hope that they get the recognition that they deserve. These guys worked their tails off, and I am grateful for the services they rendered. They delivered 5-star service all the way around. If I ever need their services again, I would do it in a heartbeat, as long as Danilo, Gio, and Luke are leading the job! Fantastic work, fellas!
